Important: Ladder Rules Update!

We have made a few important changes to all Medal of Honor Allied Assault ladder rules, the rules are updated so read them to avoid violations.

Here are the main changes:

New mods for Default and Realism

Matches have to be played with the new default and realism mods made by pstN. For default use "User_sbdefault.pk3" and for realism use "User_realism.pk3". Other mods and mapfixes aren't necessary anymore, everything is grouped in these .pk3 files so anything else isn't allowed anymore.

Match notes ARE considered as rules

If someone challenges you with anything in the notes it will count as rules for that match. So if you accept the challenge you ARE accepting these match notes as rules. Pay attention when accepting! If you do not accept the match notes as rules of the challenge you are able to refuse the challenge or click the reschedule button to send it back with different match notes.

Forfeit is back!

As many of you felt cancel match as punishment was playing in the hand of cheaters, we will reinstate forfeits. The reason we chose to only use forfeits in case of extreme violations was because the problems everyone had with AlphaMAC, which could mean that if your program bugs out you could lose -120 points even when playing fair.

Since AlphaMAC is working properly again forfeits are back, failing to upload demo's could cost you -120 points. A reminder, having a working AlphaMAC installation is YOUR responsibility, so make sure it works before playing in official ladder matches.

We also see many players still not having their AlphaMAC guid saved on their profile, this won't cost you a forfeit but is a violation and will cost you a cancel match if your winning opponent requests it.

On a last note, we hope teams show some more sportsmanship, less laming, more gaming!
