Rule update on class limitations and demo recording

We have decided to change the Marksman and Rifleman class limitations for both Allies and Axis. Teams can now choose up to 3 Marksman or Rifleman instead of being limited on the amount they can pick.

And also the requirement for each player to record a demo of the match has been temporarily disabled because the recording is not working properly.
