Map Updates - 2 new maps added

There has been an update to the maps list for the Day of Defeat 1.3 - Domination ladder.

Two new maps have been added to the challenge form: dod_Emmanuel_b2 & dod_Aleutian. These maps can now be added to your server for use in official matches on ScrimBase.
